Terms
Our company terms and conditions apply to all sales of wine and any other goods by Warwick Banks & Jenkins to you the customer. These terms will apply whether you are dealing with us as a private or trade client.
When a sale is agreed
Once an order has been placed and accepted by us we will raise an invoice for you. Upon raising the invoice, we will then expect immediate payment for the order.
Stock will be released once full settlement has been received in our business bank account.
Payment / Transaction Agreement
Settlement will be due when we raise an invoice to you. We may refuse to release any wines to you until such time as you have made full payment for your order.
Stock release
Settled orders will have the relevant stock released immediately after settlement. This can be through arranged delivery service or through acceptance of a collection by you or your haulage company.
Selling to us
Stock sold to us will be inspected by our wine storage facility team. We may request condition reports to be taken to authenticate quality and provenance of these products. We will settle the trade to you once our warehouse have confirmed the required standard of quality we expect.
Storing and logistics
Once ordering wines from us you will need to choose whether to store the wines in your private storage account (for new clients we can assist in opening an account) or by you taking delivery of the wines.
Please note that when we store wine on your behalf or during the setup of your private account we will hold the wine you have purchased to your name but the wines will remain in our trade account.

All products listed on our wine list are subject to final written confirmation.
